If you don't want the Christmas day iconic then you can exchange the Christmas currency into the old UF currency to get the UF icons. But not the other way around. You cannot convert the UF currency into the Christmas currency.

Completely agree. If you play arena for the gameplay and competition...Arena 2 is the best place for it. Best gameplay I've experienced all year is currently in arena 2. Almost all matchups are balanced. Skills become the factor. Super fun. In fact sadly it's the only current place where gameplay feels like it use to feel in previous MM versions. I don't even like to play with my ultimate team in lvl or arena 3 because the gameplay is so horrible and imbalanced. It's feast or famine.....destroy lower overall teams or get destroyed by higher overall teams. No middle ground....barely any balanced gameplay. How can that be fun for anyone? Kinda sad really.

Oh definitely Troy. I have Troy and he is a monster. Plus safety and CB probably the more important defensive positions. Can you get Troy and bo? If not I'd prioritize Troy. Troy paired with Deion would be nice. Think of it this way. A FB or a WR2 is a luxury.....a top tier safety is a must. But wait till Christmas.

I'm in a similar dilemna as you. I'm planning on waiting till Christmas to see who it is and by passing chase. I already have hill at WR1 and I rarely pass to my WR 2. My passing is mainly TE, HB and FB mixed in alot of runs. So going Bo for FB maybe the best option if I end up not wanting the Christmas icon release.

Nope. EA will force them to continue to spend. Nick already confirmed higher tier card mythic or legendary cards are coming out soon. Epics will become the rares. Rinse and repeat.

I still think spending that much on a mobile game despite making that much money doesn't seem like a sound decision for an adult without addiction to the game. That type of spending is driven by some component of addiction to the game.

Have No fear. EA is here to make money. They releasing legendary and Mythic higher tier players to make sure you continue to spend and chase your tail. From what I've heard higher tier rank cards above epics are coming this december. Your epics will continue to ride your bench.

Excellent point. Probably why EA took away all competition in gameplay this year to turn whales into complacent big spenders without any discernment for actual good gameplay and ftp becoming complacent fodder for the whales.
