No he doesn't unfortunately. I had his most feared powered up and ready but no power up is available for it

UPDATE: I got him now. I ended up finishing the 5 miles I unlinked my account from that link and than I linked it back to the NRC account and it worked

I finished my 5 mi phone shake for my free 94 Aaron Donald.(Go to settings change it to indoors and shake away took me an hr for 5 mi) My main problem is claiming him in Madden 22 I linked my account but I'm not receiving him ?? Has anyone finished and claimed him yet?
