Does Jalen Ramsey get universal coverage? What stats allow for universal coverage?

I've been trying to do the Vick solos all day today, but every time I click on the challenge, I get a message that says, "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."  I've had this message since the challenge came out. I've restarted the game, restarted my ps4, I left my house for a couple hours and came back and it still didn't work. My rosters and game are all up to date. Is there something else I can try to fix this?

Did I miss it in the stream, or did they just not show who the new Chiefs players were? If they didn't, any guesses as to who they could be?
