Yes everything you stated is why this is the 1st year I quit playing madden. I just can't do it anymore. Football is the only game I ever played so I don't have much use for the Xbox. Well I guess I still use is for watching TV programs ..... I miss playing football and everytime I get the itch I check on here for a act of God to see if the game is any better and I see that it's not. Madden isn't football anymore. Back in the day if someone spammed a couple plays the AI bots had intelligence so they would lock that play up and make you call something else... so it can be fixed pretty easily they just won't. If they made size/weight matter that would help. The answer seems pretty easy. EA just won't do iit.so I do something else with my time. All madden is anymore is tecmo superbowl with better graphics

The fact that people can sit in 1 formation on defense and shut down the offense no matter play player personnel you use on offensive is why I quit playing. The fact that you can spam dollar and shut down power run formations Is why I quit playing. Madden is not for people that want a football game that uses real football concepts. It's for low IQ spammers

I'd have to agree. I played quite a bit. I quit after the superbowl. A couple weeks ago I popped it on cause I was missing football and was quickly reminded of why I quit playing. It's such a unrealistic game I just can't do it.im not buying 25. I won't be buying again until a more realistic game is made

I haven't played mut for 3 months till last weekend. Played half a game and turned it off. It was a reminder of how trash this game is. It's still about 1 or 2 formations. Fake football game

It's the state of the game for me. I've had enough of people spamming one or 3 glitch plays on offense and defense. I won't play this game anymore as long as people can use a passing defense in real life to stomp out the run game. I'm done with it. Haven't played in about 3 months and I don't miss it. Whenever I get the urge to play madden (cause it's all the football we have) my mind goes right to meta spammers and I instantly say no thanks to myself. I'd rather pull weeds

I have tested what you are saying and found it to be true. Player attributes don't mean anything anymore. That why small ball personal like dollar can shut down a power run scheme no matter what play or personal you sub in. The whole game is about knowing which plays glitch out the opponent AI. Not real football concepts. Madden changed a few years ago to this. Something I've had to come to grips with and I don't play much anymore. Which sucks cause I'm a die hard football fan and been playing madden for 30yrs
