So this is my first rant post.   Second game of WL and my 93 team goes up against a 91. This guy has matchup disadvantages at every position. He proceeds to spam this triple tight end formation alternating between inside zone and I think posts. He literally got every single jump ball with Gronk and Sharpe over double coverage and on multiple fourth and tens. I’m not mad about this.   I’m mad about on offense, that my 98 Michael Thomas and 94 Hill can’t get separation on 89 corners even though they have +5 release on them. He spams Cover 2 from Nickel Double A. I somehow don’t have any time in the pocket despite blocking six. The safety is somehow able to cover tyreek and thomas even though they get free releases. I am forced to run the ball.   I lose 55 - 45 by giving up three consecutive jump balls to Gronk.    Oh, and he did the new scum kick where it lands at the 10 and the returner doesn’t touch it.

New Brees is good but Cameron Jordan is still sitting on his two release day cards and no updates. :(

I’m guessing they’ll come out tomorrow with TOTW but is there any chance they come today? I need to make some upgrades.

LT and LVE for me. I assume y’all can guess which one is always rushing and which one is always in coverage...

It’s just frustrating especially in WL when people run cheese plays and  I do every single counter imaginable only to have it be kept close by luck.    For instance you can spam Pats Sail and HB Wheel and I’ll counter with Cover 3 Match but at the end of the day my guy will still lose one or two 50/50 balls and keep you in the game.    Plus as a “sim” guy I hate having to combat spam with spam.

I’ve had Brees since about Week 2 and he has been phenomal. Currently at 96 with GD and Saints passing and he literally doesn’t miss throws unless the pass rush is holding his jersey. With Sprinter and 40/50 Saints he’s actually usable if you wanna scramble on 3rd and short which is what I do all the time. Only drawbacks is that his height makes low-pointing slants/drags extremely difficult and his throw on the run takes a dip on longer throws.

Also does that mean WL rewards wait till tomorrow too?

Flashback Tevin Coleman  Flashback Landon Collins   Personally I think MUT Heroes Will Fuller was the best card ever for me. He’s tall, great run blocker, and at the time his 92 speed was enough to burn folks.   Plus he never dropped and open pass for me.

I think Footsteps and Unfakeable are still broken.   Secure Tackler is amazing with Pick Specialist a close second.   Offensively, Spin Specialist is my absolute favorite Red Chem. Never Stumble is good too and I’ve been meaning to try out Lead the Way.

Awesome but I was hoping for an Ochocinco card instead :(
