It is in the FA welcome pack, which is given 2-3 Hours after the program is live. According to the EA standards this slight delay is totally normal :-S

At first fully downgrade your captain, and after it you can add it into the team captain set, which is available between the sets.

Thanks, i did exchanged my team captain couple of times, so i assume i've added an upgraded version to the set. Hope they will fix this and add some extra tokens.

Should be there in total 8 tokens, shouldn't be? I finished all challenges for team chaptains and team diamonds, but can upgrade my captain only with 5 tokens...Any idea?
