Make sure you switch your wide receivers out for blocking TEs. pay attention to their run blocking skill. I guess you could use a WR with good run blocking skill. A TE with good run blocking is no good if they aren't fast enough to get out there to make the block.

Is anything now a days worth it? I guess it really boils down to how much is your time worth. Its free coins and free cards. To someone that doesn't have a job it would be worth it because they have no other way to get coins and cards but to someone who makes $35 an hour doing it would be a waste of time since they can just buy packs.

So far i have been using the slow method. I use rookie gauntlet and pick a full game. Then I just let the game play by itself. Whenever I get the ball I punt it away. Win or lose it doesn't matter. It takes a while but I get about 5 sacks a game. I just let it play while watching tv or something.

My AvPD prevents me from feeling comfortable playing online. I just cant overcome the anxiety.
