Have an iPhone, and cannot press on the menu button at all, so no access to training, auction or anything. Why can’t I press on the three line menu?

If you spent money so far, request a refund. I did it for purchases made in the past 3 months and apple refunded everything. You are correct, and a refund option is that the item did not work as described. If I would have known this information going forward, never would have spent money.

I’ve made about $100 in purchases over the last 3 months because I restarted the game after not playing all season. Apple refunded everything. Told them the items did not work as described, which is correct, because I was under the impression, as we all were, that madden cash and legacy teams would carry over.

Request a refund for any purchase you made there. I did that through iTunes and I am waiting for a response.
