Bumping this post too: (BTW: I have never even seen a captcha on the companion app). I'm an engineer and just trying to see what has been flagged. The latest on my saga: I am somehow no allowed into the companion app and auction house (i use xbox x). However, all of my coins are gone. When I go to EA to reach out it says my account is still banned. Odd seeming how I can get the AH and Companion App. Is the companion app illegal? Just wondering because I thought it was made by EA. It is sorry that I have never been putout by a game so much, but I still want to play. I am NMS, have always been, but somehow I am banned for "coin manipulation" or whatever they say it is. They won't give me a reason for what I have done. I repeat I have done nothing. I think my account was flagged for using the companion app to buy 2 legendary cards and quickly selling them for no coin profit. Hence the reasoning for questioning the companion app. Every time (3 now) I was told by EA that I was found me guilty of breaking the rules. I asked which rule and was told to read the rules. I did and never broke a single rule. Here is the last email from EA, before them letting me back in with 0 coin (I had roughly 1.08 Million before, crazy large I know, that was after selling back the stupid cards i bought). " Hello, We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Please do not expect further responses on this matter. Thank you, EA Terms of Service" I am sorry to all of the other legit players that are dealing with this S**t. I just wanted to give an update as to where I am.

I can play, but any coins I get still say 0. I can't keeping getting coin from anything.

I bought and sold TWO. The same two and made no profit (I know I suck at the AH).

I literally paid 440 and 390, roughly, I don't remember. Then sold for 420 and 440 (respectively) 15 mins later. I thought better about buying them because I old had a million to start with. INSANE.

Oh well, it's probably for the best. I spend too much time of this shitty game.

I trying getting it fixed with two EA case numbers. Both times they stated "After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures. Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account." I did nothing wrong. Why can't they tell you what you got banned for?

You should never say 100%, it makes you look ignorant. You have no idea. I feel your pain on being stuck @ level 1. The game is terribly flawed, I can't believe they allow such a shit product to be put out to the consumer. However, I don't think the majority of us did anything wrong to get banned. We bought and sold the stupid legendary cards and somehow that flagged something.

I think it has to be caused by using the Companion App, which I did, but it's made by EA. Isn't it legal to use?

I haven't made any coins other than from playing through the halloween events and the occasional coin you get from leveling up. Insane, I already opened an EA ticket, but this shouldn't happen to legit players. I know 1 million coins isn't much to most players, but I had been saving that forever to try and build a Most Feared (Cowboys) master. I didn't even by D Ware yet, because he is too expensive.
