I’ve experienced something like this myself but a little different. Doesn’t happen with every playbook but last week I tried the Bears defensive playbook and went into solos and had the Bears offensive playbook in the game, as well as their defensive playbook. I also had the Magician thing happen. Hoping this gets fixed, obviously.

I appreciate what you guys are saying, the ones that side with EA. But who in their right mind would buy a card for 128,000 and then sell it for 150 two minutes later? It just sucks. It was 100% not my error...it cannot be proven, certainly, but EA has collected plenty of money from me over the years and should be open to helping me out here. They can see that I have no history of asking for handouts and they know I have played the game for years. What happened to good old customer service? These are virtual cards and I’ll gladly take another Tyreek Hill card. If thus were 10,000 or 20,000 coins or something, it’d be much easier to swallow. That’s all.

It’s just unreal. I’ve been buying thus game and many other EA games for years. I’ve been an EA Access member for years. I’m not trying to swindle EA or anyone. I just got screwed and want a resolution. They could just give me another Tyreek Hill card or some coins or something. But just give me a sorry... “It’s generally a device error and there is no proof it’s our app., so you get nothing. But don’t worry. We wish we could help. We would help if it was an option available to us. Nice customer service.
