Should I take Vick?

Ok guys, please help me. I got this card as a reward for House Rules. My team is 80 OVR. I got Dallas Clark at TE, 82-83 OVR WRs, Epic Baker Mayfield at QB, 85 CBs and SS. Also, I got a good pass rush (89 DeMarcus Lawrence and Epic Deacon Jones). The rest of the cards in my team are 77-78 OVR players. The question: My O-line it's 77-78 OVR Superstar players except the C (82 OVR NAT Matt Paradis). Should I quick sale NAT Matt Birk for 3570 training points for should I keep him and quick sale Paradis for just 183 training points?

Ok guys, I'm trying to get 10 wins in Weekend League. Last time I managed to get 9, but now I started 0-4 mainly because all the players run the ball. Just look at the stats: Kirk Cousins   -  97.7, 14/22, 216 YDS, 3 TD, 2 INT Roethlisberger - 158.3, 2/2, 34 YDS, 1 TD, 0 INT C. Dillon - 15 ATT, 119 YDS, 7,9 AVG, 1 TD T.
