I literally just lost a game 45-40 because he ran for 300 yards with his gale sayers and I couldn't tackle him? whats the best way of slowing this down?

is there any way of finding out what team each guy can get on their power ups etc... other than general knowledge? Without buying the power up or card to change chems obv

does anybody know what formation or audibles to use when stopping the run when somebody is in the gun with a qb who has escape artist as well. literally just ran for over 400 yards on me. Head is gone. I scored 35 points and conceded 52
