Microsoft gave me the refund

Where did I say anything about getting a refund directly from EA? Why the heck would I even deal with EA if they are the ones that banned me? I don't have too fool with those clowns to get a refund , I simply go around them.

I went thru the my history purchases on xbox. On there it shows everything that ive purchased. I simply clicked refund below each item that had to do with Madden 23. I gave a reason as to why i was asking for a refund and within seconds it approved it. Then the refund money was applied back to my debit card by the the next morning. Hope this helps.
