jesus does no one see what they said they are testing??? play selection cooldowns,  cant pick the same plays back to back...  I know it says house rules  buit says INTRODUCED.. so they are testing how it goes in house rules.. if this makes it to main game next year, the way this will be the biggest change in how madden is played EVER.
