In my experience, the best 4-3 d-line would consist of power rushers on the outside and finesse rushers on the inside. I feel that if you have too many power rushers on your D line it hurts your overall pressure therefore I use guys like Alan Page and Joey Bosa on the inside over guys with very high power moves. Does anyone else share this opinion or am I just crazy?

Herman Moore with slant specialist, streak specialist, and Red zone threat. That streak specialist + red zone threat is op in the right situation. If I'm not in the redzone I like my Tory Holt with slot apprentice + route technician because the 4 extra routes makes my 2 TE scheme op.

Its the counter to the pinch buck meta which a lot of people spam. Most of the time the pro players are just running the ball 70-80% of the time and getting 300 yards rushing a game. There's not a whole lot of time to pass deep because of the edge rushers and their abilities.

I got Gilmore. Was pissed at first but tbh once I activated him he plays unreal for me even with his lower speed.

Marcus Allen with the elusive ss ability is a must-have. A WR with slot apprentice. 4 more routes is op. I'm not sure if any pass rusher can get elite edge threat so I haven't tried it - but I'm sure that is a must-have. Most players in the game can't get the op abilities yet because they don't meet the thresholds so the ones that do are the most op in the game rn. Marcus Allen being one of them.

1.) Haven't tried to put an ability on a player NOT powered up but I would image you still could. 2.) You can only have 3 players on either side of the ball that are ACTIVATED - that includes their abilities and x factors. No you cannot have 8 players with secure tackler ACTIVATED because the cap is 3 - doesn't matter if they have an x factor or not. You can still activate a player that only had ss abilities equipped and had no x factor equipped at all - in fact the ss abilities are IMO more important than x factors. 3.) People will buy power ups regardless because they want the +1s. Also the ability to change a players team chem if they played for multiple teams.

Bro - Mack, Donald, Reggie, and Clowney is a pretty beastly D-line for a 4 man front nickel. I would probably say remove Clowney from DE because his overall drops much lower than Khalils does OOP. I would replace Clowney with LT. You really shouldn't be too worried about stopping the run in that formation. When I go to nickel I want an all out pass rush and the players you named are some of the best in game rn. How are they gashing you in that formation- outside or inside? If its inside I guess you could put the best block shedders in there such as Brandon Williams and Snacks - but then your pass rush suffers. Maybe pinch your d-line so they can't run inside? Sometimes its not your players but your scheme.
