Agree. I sold off my team the week before pack strike was even a thing and haven’t logged on since. Shame because I would have netted well over the 8m I got when I sold them had I waited. I debated selling the 8m online but with what so sites were offering I’ll just wait to see if they fix it by blitz then maybe I’ll log on again but as of now I don’t miss playing at all. First time I’ve been back in here in a couple weeks as well. Was curious if anything had changed. Looks like it’s only gotten worse.

I think at this point it’s clear they don’t know how to resolve the issues with this game. Honestly I don’t see them ever granting the missing rewards because the issue has gone on long enough that to resolve it would completely break the economy of the game. I didn’t expect EA to cave immediately to pack strike but the fact they have not addressed it at all while continuing to make even larger mistakes kind of leads me to think they won’t ever fix the issues this year and just try to string people along as long as possible. At this point it feels like they can issue make rights for all they have done wrong and send the game into chaos or just ignore it and hope customers keep believing the we hear you line and keep hoping for solutions. Based on how the community has kept hoping for fixes despite EA clearly showing them otherwise I’d bet on the later solution. This kind of feels like the beginning of an extended very bad period for MUT.

2k is insanely good this year and im not even a basketball fan. Gameplay is fantastic. Myteam needs a bit more balancing on the grind but overall I’m pretty good shape (things come out on time and not broken - can’t believe that’s become the good standard). Either keep the grind for takeover as is but make the players better or reduce the grind and keep the players like Baylor. Personally I like the crazy grind for usable players (the Mitchell is great) instead of things like what madden does and mid grind for mid players. I sold the Ja I pulled because I locked in Rose too early but hoping that his proceeds get me part way to MJ today.

Wait they really said one week only?? Then this won’t do shit. That won’t even be a speed bump for EA and will only reinforce they have a captive consumer base and can do whatever the hell they want.

A pack strike with no response from EA will make prices skyrocket. If people hold to this then there will be exponentially lower supply on the market. Now if it works and EA alters odds or changes bundles then you will see prices drop like a rock when all the money that was being withheld from packs is dumped in all at once. Since the hashtag was #6 in the US yesterday I’d say a response from EA in the form of action and not we heard you is coming sooner rather than later.

What finally drove them to that point has zero to do with paid what they deserve. It’s about economic market manipulation and failure to deliver content on time. This is being driven by YouTubers because it’s now affecting their content and their jobs. Late content and the high cost of players for gameplay content will impact their viewers and ad revenue. EA finally screwed up in the wrong spot where it is impacting someone’s income rather than screwing their fan base over and covering it up by appeasing those that had a player base platform (YouTubers, game changers).

Make that a Hill because that defense is ass.

Access to certain abilities and lower ability costs for those that match their archetype.
