I just contacted EA help and they said it’s know issue that is affecting many players. They said they are working on it but couldn’t give me a time frame on when it would be resolved. Now I gotta figure out how I want to go about redeeming them since I was gonna do 2 auctionable, 2 NCAT choice, and 1 of the NCAT 10 pick packs…

Yeah I got this as well. I kept restarting and got it to go through one time, then got kicked out from servers about an hour later and couldn’t get back in. I’m glad the full version releases shortly as I didn’t have anymore free time to play the trial today anyways.
